Brilliant Venom

I took the tunnel at the end of which the light was;
The much spoken of, tunnel de light,
But on moving further
into the void,
the light didn't seem as bright.
Then a searing in my brain and heart
that traversed soon to every part,
split me into two
And soon, half of me flew overhead ;
the other southwards flew.
And then you came;
blinding light behind you, keeping you obscured
And decisively; my limp left side; into the void, you lured.
What brings you here; nastiness;
I thought you'd seek revenge
Why then, do you seem to have
changed your mind
Do you no longer dream to avenge
how bitter your heart's begotten?
Then suddenly I realize you hold
only half of me;
the other half whizzes past, forgotten
And that reveals the murkiness of the veiled niceness
Nastiness remains undeterred
Foolish to ever think otherwise
now no more I'll be intact,
eternally I'm severed.

(The after-read is funny, i agree)
